Delete your CallGuard account

If you want your CallGuard account deleted, send a deletion request to support@signupfordnc.com.

How to delete your account

1. Open the CallGuard app on the Android phone tied to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account & credits.
4. Confirm the email address shown for the account you want deleted.
5. Email support@signupfordnc.com with the subject line Delete CallGuard Account.
6. In the message, include the account email address and state clearly that you want the account deleted.

What happens after you request deletion

• Your account will be queued for deletion after we verify the request.
• You may lose access to CallGuard account features, credits, and related history.
• After deleting your account, all your data will be deleted in 90 days.

If you cannot access the app but still need your account removed, email support@signupfordnc.com and include enough detail for us to identify the account safely.
